According to the reports, in the WILSBURG, Virginia Kroger. While, a woman was arrested in Wellsburg Kroger Tuesday night after reportedly throwing a knife at officers. This incident happened at mentioned site.
Furthermore, Wellsburg police say they received a call sometime after 8pm that a woman was holding a knife and had a severe wound to her neck. When the police arrived at the scene after receiving the call.
According to the eye witness, they said that the woman’s neck looked like “fish gills”. Police say the woman was trying to get into the Kroger and when the officers stopped her, she began to swing the knife at the officers.
“If you took steps toward Kroger or kept moving forward to the officers, we would have used lethal force,” Wellsburg Police Chief, Rich Ferguson, said in official statement to the press.

Further, police said they eased the situation and put the woman on the ground with an electric shock. The woman was arrested for assaulting an officer and transferred to the Northern Regional Prison.
