Saturday saw Kentucky Wildcats linebacker Chris Oats show up at Kroger Field since enduring a clinical episode a while prior that sidelined him from football uncertainly.

Oats, joined by his mom and sibling on each side, drew a remarkable response from the group at Kroger Field when he was appeared on the video board in the primary quarter shaking his #22 pullover.

A few Kentucky players have alternated wearing the #22 shirt on the field this year. Saturday, it was Josh Paschal who had the honor. DeAndre Square, Keaton Upshaw, Jamin Davis, Jordan Wright, and Boogie Watson have worn the pullover this season.

Oats went through just about four months in a recovery office before had the option to re-visitation of his home prior this month.

A few of the Wildcats players met up to compose a GoFundMe assigned to pay for clinical costs for Oats and his family. That GoFundMe has raised more than $36,000, which is huge yet shy of the $50,000 objective.
