According to the Kroger company employee contract, you will get a health insurance benefit after completing the days at the company. You can easily inquire from Kroger HR management. You will get health family insurance if you complete a certain number of hours at the company such as 82 hours etc and if you complete 60 hours, you’ll become eligible for the benefit.  The 2021 Health and Welfare Benefits open enrollment for all Kroger members is now available.

You can register online through the secure website (instructions below) or return your paper form by December 31, 2020. Failure to register will result in no healthcare coverage in 2021. Everyone who is currently enrolled must re-enrol no later than December 31, 2020 – even if you have no changes in coverage. For members under a Kroger West Virginia contract, you must complete a physical exam to qualify for discounted discounts.
