Premium increments for night-shift businesses have been increased from 50 to 75 cents in June, and to $1 an hour in Louisville, Lexington, and surrounding stores. Kroger has already increased that premium in crowded stores to ensure its shifts are covered. So, if you are a union contract employee and working between 10:00 pm to 6:00 am then you will be getting paid 1 dollar per hour as per the Kroger premium night pay. You can check your premium pay on greatpeople.com and see if there’s any previous balance available or you can easily get in touch with the management to sort your issues.
