Kroger’s wellness experience began at a star-studded event with foodie co-founder and fan favourited Joel Tabitha Brown. This event’s main motive is to celebrate health! Joel, Tabitha Brown, and more famous faces took to the stage at Kroger’s Wellness Experience to discuss their travels and exchange tips on the first day of the event.
While co-founded by the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter, 47, the third annual festival kicked off Friday, August 20, at The Banks in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Joined on stage by Kroger CEO Rodney McMullen and Kroger Health President Colin Lindholz. Joel gave festival-goers a special vocal performance of both new and old songs and provided more insights into her wellness journey.

The celebration approaches the home of the Foolish Games singer, who previously stated in a statement, “This event harnesses the power of live music and free resources to promote health and wellness for all people. It is a great opportunity to break down barriers and inspire mental, physical, and emotional health.” Later, Lindholz and Brown shared tips and tricks for making informed choices about what to eat to prevent disease, increase energy, and change one’s lifestyle. The vegan foodie has made a name for herself on the internet, sharing motivational bites and healthy recipes with her millions of followers on TikTok and Instagram.
Friday’s festivities continued with a performance by rising artist Quinn XCII and local favourited the Blessed Union of Souls at a fun-filled concert hosted by Simple Truth. Former NBA player Brad Dougherty sent out questions from fans, while YouTube star Summer McKeen hosted a Keen on Opening Act competition for aspiring musicians to earn the opening chance for Lolly Jones and Raylene at the festival’s closing gala Saturday, August 21.
