Springfield: According to the sources it is confirmed that a new and improved grocery store target is opening at the former Springfield Kroger location. However, the company has started working on the renovation on the former Springfield Kroger site for a new grocery store scheduled which is expected to open later this fall.
Furthermore, Springfield City commissioners approved a deal in May for the city to sell the old Kroger site in South Limestone to Grocery land Estate. While, the officials Ravindra Patel, president of Grocery land, announced that date confirmed and it will operational in mid-November. This information comes from a local doctor of medicine Dr. Vipul Patel who along with Ravindra Patel, the president of Grocery land, owns numerous grocery stores in the Dayton and Columbus areas.
