Southeastern Grocers introduced new Winn-Dixies in Florida

Former Lucky’s Market and Earth Fare locations are now replaced with Winn-Dixie’s first of eight stores.

Four new Winn-Dixie stores are now open in Florida as South Eastern grocers are now expanding their business under the supermarket banner. 

Winn-Dixies in Boynton Beach, Gainesville, Jacksonville, and Lakewood Ranch had a grand opening today.

In the Last four Openings, Southeastern grocers have also announced for the first eight new Winn-Dixie stores which are to be launched across Florida. The three new locations will be Lake Mary, Melbourne, and Fort Myers which are planned to be opened by this year, whereas, A new store in Viera is planned to be opened by the first month of 2021

Overall, this year Winn-Dixie is opening 9 stores in Florida only. Jacksonville’s Brentwood community was the first store opened on 11th November. Winn-Dixie has acquired these new locations from Lucky’s Market (4) and Earth Fare Locations (4), in auctions which were occurred this spring season after bankruptcy declared of these companies.
